Yoga Classes

Wellness Traditions is in the season of limited but high-quality yoga offerings.

We have two very cherished styles of classes available at this time: Stretch & Chair Yoga.

Our pricing remains accessible for our community at only $10 a class & can be purchased online or in person.

Our team takes immense pride in maintaining yoga for our community & we appreciate your support of our yoga program through the years.

Stretch Yoga

Mondays 530p

Stretch class focuses on increasing flexibility and mobility in the muscles and joints. The class is suitable for all levels and is an excellent introduction to yoga, as no prior experience is necessary. The class begins with a gentle warm-up to prepare the muscles for stretching. The instructor will then guide you through static and dynamic stretches targeting major muscle groups, such as hamstrings, hips, shoulders, and back. Each stretch is held for several breaths, allowing you to deepen the stretch and improve your range of motion.

Class challenge level: All levels and abilities are welcome

Chair Yoga

Thursdays 1215p

Chair Yoga is a gentle class adapting yoga poses with a chair. This class cultivates awareness and deep relaxation through meditation, breath work, and gentle stretches all without the stress of getting up and down off the floor. The chair is used for seated postures and meditation and also for greater stability in standing and balance postures. You will experience the same benefits of other yoga classes, such as improved balance, strength, and mobility. You will also learn techniques to calm the mind and body that can be practiced anywhere.

Class challenge level: All levels and abilities are welcome.
